Qualifications

Be a Female/Male of African American Descent

Texas Resident

Must be a High School Senior

Be of good moral character
-
Be available for individual and group public appearances and obligations chosen by the Juneteenth Organization Committee as part of the royal court during the year 2026
Scholarship
For scholarship eligibility, one must have the following qualifications:

Must be accepted into a college/trade school
-
Have a 2.9 GPA or better
